Diani Beach is a well established tourist location that boasts one of the most splendid long white powder beaches on the African coast.

Situated 30 minutes drive south of Mombasa Island once crossed Likoni ferry, this villa is easy accessible via Moi (Mombasa) International Airport which is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes drive or a very short 5 minute drive from Ukunda Airstrip with daily flights from Nairobi with Fly540.com

Diani beach is a short walk through the gardens onto the beach however the owners and staff will be happy to arrange private transport at no extra fee to other wonderful beach spots for your comfort and to explore.

On arrival at the villa, you will be positively stunned by the perfection of the tropical gardens, well furnished private infinity pool and amazing luxuriously furnished veranda that overlooks the vast Indian Ocean.

This villa can accommodated 8 guests in 4 en-suite bedrooms (2 double rooms, 1 twin room, 1 triple – all airconditioned) each spacious bedroom and bathroom is uniquely decorated with furniture selected by the owners.

The villa is set on 3 stories with large comfortable terraces and verandas furnished with a matching mixture of African, Middle East and Lamu style tables and relaxing chairs, all covered with soft large cushions, ideal for relaxing and to enjoy the tropical atmosphere.

The staff or owners will talk you through the menu on a daily basis allowing you to decide what speciality you may wish taste during the day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served on the terrace overlooking the ocean. Table decoration is changed on a daily basis – one of the many small touches of uniqueness that this villa and its team of staff offer.

Some of the villa's bedrooms and the verandas have stunning views of the beach, gardens and Indian Ocean with a private massages available at no extra charge.

* The rent for this villa is to be paid in USD, so the exact amount will vary according to the exchange rate and is to be confirmed. Rates are per day for the exclusive rent of the villa based on number of adults renting the villa.

Booking Procedure: To book this villa, a non refundable deposit of 25% is required and the remaining balance is due 6 week before arrival. Accepted payment method is bank transfer in US Dollar.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation should be in writing and will result in the loss of the deposit. If cancellation occurs within 60-31days before arrival, 50% of the cost of accommodation will be charged. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the arrival date, 100% of the cost of accommodation will be charged. Guests should have a travel insurance policy covering deposit paid to confirm reservation.

FAMILY PACKAGE: Teenagers 13 up to 19 years of age at 200 $ per day per teenager in own room. Children 3 to 12 years of age at 100 $ per day per child in own room. Infants under 2 years free of charge.
